The International Behavioral Neuroscience Society (IBNS) encourages research and education in the field of behavioral neuroscience. The Society shall collaborate with existing public and private organizations to promote and encourage education and research in Behavioral Neuroscience and will participate and assist in the coordination of efforts or formulation of research and clinical programs. Founded in 1992, the IBNS has members from 34 countries and consists of scientists, clinicians, teachers, and others with a background and interest in the relationship between the brain and behavior.
